Alexander Hyatt
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, DIRECT RESPONSE STRATEGY
As an Associate Director, Alex helps AmPhil’s clients advance their missions by supercharging their efforts in direct response and major gift fundraising, strategic planning, and organizational development. Always with alacrity, he aims to help organizations find the joy and nobility in fundraising and service.
Before joining AmPhil, Alex served as Assistant Director of Membership for The Heritage Foundation, where he led the budgeting, strategy, and execution of its direct mail and telemarketing initiatives, overseeing all aspects of its acquisition, housefile, and mid-level giving programs. Prior to working in philanthropy, he played lacrosse in South Australia.
Alex earned a BA in Human Society from Bryn Athyn College, his hometown institution, with additional studies in mathematics and data science. He is also holds an MBA from Texas Tech University.
Alex met his wife, Delayne, in Washington, D.C., where they spent six years on Capitol Hill before returning to her home state of Texas to plant roots near Fort Worth.
