As an Analyst, Raya brings a client-centered approach to every engagement, translating insights into meaningful outcomes for the mission-driven organizations AmPhil serves.

With a background in client relations, Raya’s experience is defined by purpose-driven work primarily abroad, where she spent time coordinating volunteer operations and building homes for families in need in Mexico, and served as an au pair in France. Driven by a passion for the nonprofit sector, she brings a grounded, community-minded perspective to the AmPhil team.
