As AmPhil’s Chief Talent Officer, Nathan guides staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development strategies while cultivating AmPhil’s thriving culture.Before joining AmPhil, Nathan spent more than twenty years in leadership roles at FOCUS, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization to a national movement. Nathan has designed and delivered training programs on leadership, organizational culture, and strategic planning for thousands of young professionals, nonprofit staff, and community leaders across the United States. His work focuses on strengthening civil society by equipping emerging leaders to serve their communities effectively.Nathan graduated from Benedictine College with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and later earned an M.A. in Theology, graduating magna cum laude from the Augustine Institute. He and his wife Lauren live in Arvada, Colorado with their three children.
