Matt Decker

As a Production Coordinator in AmPhil’s Direct Response Group, Matt supports consultants and serves clients by managing the execution of direct response campaigns from start to finish. His role centers on coordinating printing, production, and postage, and working closely with vendors to keep projects moving accurately and on schedule.

Before joining AmPhil, Matt held leadership roles in faith-based and nonprofit organizations, including capital campaign fundraising, ministry operations, and youth camps. Across these roles, he managed complex projects, coordinated diverse stakeholders, and built systems that supported growth and accountability. He brings a practical, problem-solving approach shaped by systems thinking and strong relationship-building.
