Haley Anderson

As an Associate within American Philanthropic’s General Consulting Group, Hayley Anderson supports clients by coordinating project management initiatives and assisting with fractional gift strategy, ensuring donors receive thoughtful, mission-aligned engagement. She brings experience from the nonprofit policy and student advocacy space, where she began in donor relations and later managed a national monthly giving program, strengthening donor retention and long-term support.

Hayley graduated from Asbury University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is passionate about partnering with organizations whose missions align with her values and finds purpose in work that creates meaningful social impact. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Hayley now lives in Phoenix, where she enjoys hiking, reading, and competing in Spartan races.
