Erin Kondak

As a Senior Consultant at AmPhil, Erin manages AmPhil’s internal database. She is a certified administrator of Salesforce and Virtuous CRMs and helps clients fully utilize their current databases or migrate to ones that will better fit their needs.

Before joining AmPhil, Erin worked in the nonprofit realm, coaching over 1,000 pregnancy centers across the U.S. on best practices for data management and reporting. She believes that data can tell powerful stories, and helped to drive the collection and analysis of data from these centers to create published national reports—one of which made it to the Supreme Court in an amicus brief.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Analytics from Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, VA. She currently lives in Alexandria, where she spends her time trying new restaurants and enjoying the outdoors.
