Chas Baines

As a senior consultant for AmPhil, Chas Baines helps lead client engagements, oversees strategy development, and owns the final deliverables and timelines. His clients span all types of sectors, including higher education, human services, K-12 education, think tanks, public interest law firms, and policy advocacy organizations. He has extensive knowledge in major gifts work, direct response messaging and design, and donor clubs.

Chas and his wife enjoy time with their five children and live outside of Augusta, Georgia. If they’re not homeschooling, working in the yard together, or hiking in the woods, you can find them reading, spending time with friends, or planning their next fun trip.
