Carlos Baez

As a Senior Production Manager with AmPhil’s Direct Response Group, Carlos Baez consults on and oversees the production of direct mail, assesses and qualifies vendors, and ensures that our clients’ projects are produced on time, at the highest quality.

With forty years of professional experience in printing, project management, and direct response industry, Carlos has worked with dozens of non-profits and development companies, often mentoring and teaching colleagues about the nuances of print and direct response.

Carlos lives in St. Charles, IL, and has three adult daughters and four grandchildren. He is an Elder at his church and volunteers his time with the local Citizens Police Academy Group, the local Citizens Emergency Response Team, and the Lutheran Early Response Team.
