Michelle Lawless

As a Senior Consultant for AmPhil, Michelle facilitates project management and business optimization efforts for the Data and Analytics group while providing engagement support for technology solutions.

Before joining AmPhil, Michelle worked in the insurance industry as a business process consultant, where she earned her Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. There, she facilitated various optimization projects, including manual process automations, process redesigns, and workflow system implementations, working closely alongside the business unit and IT to ensure requirements were met. Previously, she became familiar with the educational sector through her work as a Product Development Designer and Customer Service Manager at the Institute for Excellence in Writing.

Michelle is a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College in California, holding a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a concentration on Philosophy and Theology. She lives in Springfield, Illinois where she enjoys DIY projects, playing sports, and spending time with family.
