Erin Kondak

As a Senior Data & Technology Consultant at AmPhil, Erin works with clients to implement new systems and optimize their databases. She is a certified administrator of Salesforce and Virtuous CRMs and is highly skilled in technical database management as well as training and onboarding.

Before joining AmPhil, Erin worked in the nonprofit realm, coaching over 1,000 pregnancy centers across the U.S. on best practices for data management and reporting. Her belief that data can tell powerful stories led her to drive the collection and analysis of data from these centers to create published national reports—one of which made it to the Supreme Court in an amicus brief.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Analytics from Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, VA. She currently lives in Alexandria, where she spends her time trying new restaurants and enjoying the outdoors.
