Elissa Russell

As a Senior Consultant, Elissa Russell provides strategic guidance and project management support to AmPhil’s Direct Response clients, helping them strengthen donor relationships and build fundraising programs that allow their work to thrive.

Elissa has more than fifteen years of nonprofit marketing and development experience. Previously, she served in development and fundraising roles at Focus on the Family and Alliance Defending Freedom, where she helped advance donor engagement, communications, and growth strategies. She is especially passionate about helping clients approach fundraising with authenticity and a deep respect for relationships.

Elissa holds an MBA in entrepreneurship from Rochester Institute of Technology and currently lives in Virginia Beach with her husband. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find her in the ocean whenever she gets the chance.
