Rachael Waechter

ANALYST

Rachael Waechter is an analyst with the Midwest office at AmPhil. She helps our clients conquer the day-to-day challenges of development operations.

Before coming to AmPhil, Rachael worked in the U.S. Secretary of Defense’s protocol office, where she organized meetings and events and did some speechwriting. Before her time in the Pentagon, she was the research assistant at the Heritage Foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, where she organized meetings and events for foreign ambassadors and national leaders and was a 2020 Speechwriting Fellow.

Rachael is a proud graduate of Hillsdale College, where she studied History, Rhetoric and Public Address, and Spanish. Rachael currently lives in rural Michigan with her husband, Joshua, and serves as an alumni advisor for her women’s fraternity, Pi Beta Phi.
