Sandy Shrader

As a Managing Consultant with AmPhil’s Cactus League Group, Sandy Shrader advises our clients in pre-campaign planning, strategic development, leadership engagement, and comprehensive advancement efforts.

In her more than twenty years of non-profit experience, Sandy has helped organizations increase capacity, missional impact, and excellence, primarily in the higher education sector. Prior to coming to AmPhil, Sandy served as the Executive Director of Advancement at Fuller Seminary in California, where she led a successful $150 million campaign. She has also worked with a range of small and midsize nonprofits in strategic planning, board engagement, vision and mission alignment, and all aspects of fundraising.

Sandy is a two-time graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, and she earned her MBA from Maryville University. Sandy resides in Phoenix and enjoys spending time with family and friends and, when not working, she is likely hiking, swimming, kayaking, or simply relishing the great outdoors.
